We are a small but mighty gathering of truth-tellers, deep feelers, and quiet rebels —claiming nourishment and igniting our fire.
Our story began with some sweet moves on a Zoom dance floor.
Hi! We’re Caitlin and Krissie.
We met on a virtual dance floor during the pandemic.
Krissie, big extrovert and people-lover, was feeling lonely and so she invited her friends to join her for a daily dance gathering on zoom. Caitlin, wide-eyed, curious and sparkling, popped on that zoom one day.
We danced every weekday for almost two years, and during that time discovered:
We love creating experiences for people that spark aliveness, creativity and connection.
We’ve both yearned to bring leaders, creatives and change-makers together for years, knowing people-power and unexpected magic emerges in these spaces.
Oh, and we did a Master’s degree in Transformational Leadership and Coaching together, which combined theory and practice from Adlerian, developmental and humanistic psychology, Existentialism, educational methodologies, emotional intelligence research, and neuroscience in a multidisciplinary approach. We turned ourselves inside and out during that experience, and started following our dreams, rather than just thinking about them.
The Aliveness Collective is one of those dreams: the community both of us have always wanted.
We’re so freaking excited you’re here.
