Twice-Monthly Zoom Experiences
(90 minutes):
Interactive sessions focused on authentic connection, creativity. Every experience is a little different. Option to leave after 55min if needed.

Weekly Movement Medicine
(30 minutes):
Optional movement space to ground and energize you.

30 Min Visioning Session:
Start your membership out with intention. Get focused support from Caitlin or Krissie to develop a vision for how you’ll use this community to light up your life.
